John Abolofia, General Manager
John Abolofia is the latest addition to our Bow Lake Staff.  He recently joined us as General Manager. Although John is new to Bow Lake he is not new to the area as he grew up in the great northwest.  He enjoys the outdoors, taking his dog backpacking and spending time with his close family.  He has a background in all aspects of property management, from small single family homes to large multifamily and mobile home communities.  Resident satisfaction and resolving problems are very important to him, so please don’t hesitate to approach him.

June Timm, Bookkeeper, Office Manager
June has been in our front office since 2006 and is integral in helping things run smoothly at Bow Lake. June has been in the accounting and office administrative professions for over 40 years. In addition to her accounting and administrative duties, she assists the General Manager and the rest of the staff in the day to day operation of the community.

Roger McDonald, Maintenance Manager
Since 1982, Roger has been a team member responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of community facilities and landscaping. Take one look around the Bow Lake grounds and you’ll see the results of his commitment. Born and raised in the Northwest, he’s appreciated by staff and residents for his hard work and responsiveness.
