1. Who qualifies to live at Bow Lake Residential Community?
Bow Lake is a 55+ community that welcomes prospective homeowners interested in maintaining the standards that make this such a great place to live.

2. How do I apply for residence?
We ask prospective residents to complete and sign a Resident Application form, which they must pick up in person at the office. Sorry, we can’t fax this document. Acceptance is based on a number of factors including credit record, previous rental record, references, and age.

3. Can I rent or sub-lease?
No. Bow Lake is proud to be a 100% owner-occupied land-lease community.

4. What about kids?
While homeowners are welcome to host grandchildren and younger houseguests for shorter stays, people under 18 are not allowed to live full-time at Bow Lake.

5. Can I bring my pet?
Two pets are allowed per home, and they must be kept on leash at all times.

6. What about space maintenance?
We’re proud to be a community of neighbors who care about keeping their homes and yards in good condition. In addition to keeping lawns and garden beds well-groomed, residents must keep driveways, patios and decks free of miscellaneous storage.
