	Bob Mayfield, Manager Since, 1981 Manager Bob Mayfield has been the guiding hand that keeps Bow Lake Residential Community a clean, secure and friendly home for seniors 55+. The longest tenured employee here, Bob has worked in other capacities at Bow Lake since 1968. When he’s not tending to the needs of residents, Bob and his family relax by sailing in the Puget Sound.

	June Timm, Bookkeeper June has been in our front office since 2006 and is integral in helping things run smoothly at Bow Lake. In addition to her accounting and administrative duties, she assists Bob in day to day management.

	Roger McDonald Since 1982, Roger has been a team member responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of community facilities and landscaping. Take one look around the Bow Lake grounds and you’ll see the results of his commitment. Born and raised in the Northwest, he’s appreciated by staff and residents for his hard work and responsiveness.

	Jim Carlson Jim has been with Bow Lake since 1989 as part of our grounds and facilities maintenance crew. With almost 20 years of experience, he knows every square inch of Bow Lake and does what’s needed to keep it in tip-top shape. A lifelong resident of the area, Jim resides in West Seattle.
